What To Expect
Upon arrival at Hillco’s storage counter at either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, friendly staff will assist you with registering and storing your luggage. Your bags will be securely tagged and kept in a monitored area. Once you're luggage-free, you’re free to enjoy a day trip into Seoul, relax at the airport lounge, or do some last-minute shopping without the extra weight. When you're ready to retrieve your items, simply return with your receipt and your belongings will be promptly returned in the same condition.

• Stored luggage is insured for up to 1 million KRW in damages and/or losses.
• Operating hours : 06:00~21:00 KST

• Carry-on Luggage (Sum of three dimensions must be less than 115cm)/Bag/Laptop
• Checked Luggage (Sum of three dimensions must be less than 159cm)
• Extra Large Luggage : Golf Bag / Surfing Board (Only shortboards under 2m are available), etc. (Sum of three dimensions must be less than 270cm)
• Only under 30kg of weight per luggage can be stored.
• ※ If it is difficult to visit within operating hours, you must contact the operator in advance. If you leave your luggage without contact, we will not be responsible for the loss and a refund will be impossible.
