Terms & Conditions

• Only carrier-unlocked devices that support eSIM can be used. Please confirm that your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
• An internet connection is required to install the eSIM.
• The eSIM can be used without removing your existing physical SIM card.
• Scanning the QR code multiple times may cause the QR code to be locked or restrict further downloads. If you cannot scan or download the eSIM, please contact LG U+ Customer Support at +82-10-3998-1004. Calls may be chargeable but are free from LG U+ mobile phones.
• Once the eSIM has been installed and deleted, it cannot be restored. Please do not delete the eSIM unless instructed by customer support.
• An installed eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.
• The service activates automatically upon its first connection to the LG U+ network. Each 24-hour period from activation counts as one day.
• Data service can be used without identity verification.
• To receive incoming calls and SMS, customers must visit an LG U+ Roaming Center with their passport and complete ID Verification after immigration clearance.
• Incoming calls and SMS are available free of charge after ID Verification. Outgoing calls and SMS require an additional balance top-up.
• This eSIM cannot be used for Korean mobile identity verification services. ID Verification at an LG U+ Roaming Center is only for activating calls and SMS.
• Renewal and top-up are available online or at LG U+ airport counters. These services are unavailable if the plan has been terminated for more than 72 hours.
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed after purchase.
• The service may be suspended in cases of suspected abnormal or fraudulent use.
• Use of the service for illegal activities, spam calls, advertisements, or purposes other than personal use may result in service suspension.

Cancellation Policy
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed.
• Refunds may be considered in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, subject to approval by the merchant/operator.
Validity
• The eSIM QR code is valid only on the selected visit date.
• The eSIM activates automatically when it first connects to the LG U+ network.
• Each 24-hour period from the first network connection counts as one day.
• The eSIM must be activated within the validity period specified in the selected option.
