Please check your email the day before departure, as we will confirm the tour details and meeting point via email.
In case of an emergency on the day of departure (such as being unable to find the meeting point), please contact customer support immediately.
If you haven't received our contact one day before departure, please check your spam folder first.
If you still haven't received the notification, please arrive 15 minutes in advance at the designated meeting point on the day of departure.
The guide and vehicle will be waiting on-site. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered an absence.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds allowed. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, please arrive on time.
If you need to change the departure date due to personal reasons, a fee of KRW 20,000 per person will apply.
If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative options.
If you wish to cancel, you can request a refund directly on the platform.
