What To Expect
Terms & Conditions
• Outdoor Water Park Closure: The outdoor water park will be closed for maintenance from April 20–30.
• Maximum Usage Time: Sauna/Water Park: 6 hours | Multi Pass: 9 hours. Additional usage is charged at KRW 5,000 per hour.
• Children Under 36 Months: Free admission. ID is required. Towels and sauna clothing are not provided.
• Age Restrictions: Children under 10 years old and elderly guests must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Gender Separation: Boys and girls 48 months and older cannot use the same bathing, shower, sauna, or changing facilities. Children under 48 months may enter with ID.
• Admission: Waiting time may occur when capacity is reached. Entry will be allowed as guests exit. Tickets cannot be refunded after entry, except in certain circumstances such as injury.
• Food & Drinks: Outside food, burners, glass bottles, and similar items are prohibited. PET-bottled water and beverages are allowed. Certain medical/infant food and seedless fruit in sealed containers are also permitted. Food may only be consumed in designated areas.
• Alcohol & Smoking: Guests who have consumed alcohol may be refused entry or asked to leave. Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
• Water Park Attire: Swimsuit-style clothing is required. Goggles, hats, and mesh shoes are permitted.
• Prohibited Items: Flippers, large water-play equipment (120 cm or larger), cooling mats, portable chairs, ice boxes, glass containers, and pets are not allowed.
• Safety & Conduct: Any criminal activity, including theft, harassment, or sexual violence, may result in immediate eviction and reporting to the police.
• Locker Key: The locker key also operates the shoe cabinet. Keep it safe—KRW 10,000 will be charged for a lost key, and the guest is responsible for the loss.
• Shoe Cabinet: The shoe cabinet must be used within 20 minutes of receiving the ticket and can only be opened once.
• Checkout: Before leaving, guests must visit the settlement counter to confirm and settle any postpaid locker charges and Available Use Time. The shoe cabinet cannot be opened until settlement is completed.
• No Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted after completing settlement.
• Lost & Found: Items found at the facility are kept for 3 months and discarded afterward.
